Introduction

These Terms govern your use of BennaHub in KSA.

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.

No illegal activities, spam, or infringement. We may suspend for violations.

Buyers can create RFQs and invite suppliers. RFQ content must be lawful and accurate.

Suppliers may submit quotes; buyers review and may accept or reject. Platform is not a party to contracts.

If payments are enabled, local VAT and KSA regulations apply. Fees and taxes are your responsibility.

All platform IP is owned by BennaHub; user content remains yours with a license to operate the service.

To the extent permitted by KSA law, we disclaim indirect damages; total liability is limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; disputes in KSA courts.

We may update Terms; continued use indicates acceptance.
